The Stockton appeal is now ready for May’s Oral Argument, and What’s Next

Our reply brief in Stockton v. Ferguson has been filed. For anyone interested in getting into the weeds, here it is (along with the AG’s brief in opposition which is what the reply brief responds to. Stocktonrelpyfilestamped. OPPOSINGBRIEF

Oral argument is set for the week of May 12th in San Francisco.

That gives me some breathing room, and like many, now that our guy is in place, we can all start focusing on how we can help from the outside to MAHA. For me, that means more lawsuits to change policy and stop the corruption.

I’ve got two targets in mind, so far. First, and no surprises for anyone who has read any of my complaints or motions in the last several years: that would be the Federation of State Medical Boards. This one will probably take me back to my old Texas stomping grounds. Expect some free speech issues, but alot more, as they seem to be running the show for the medical boards, at least in some of the blue states. I’m going to have something to say about that. With a little luck, maybe the feds will get involved.

Second, I’m looking hard at the VFC (Vaccines for Children) CDC program which provides free vaccines to Medicaid physicians. I’m looking a Hep C and Covid vaccines initially, but we’ll see.

I still fear I might wake up from this dream that my former co-counsel and friend, RFK Jr. has this new gig. No one pinch me because if it’s a dream, it’s a damn good one!

  1. Please come to Maine and help us get rid of the vaccine mandates for school children. I want my son to be able to go to high school in three years!
