You all know by now that President/President Elect Trump announced that he is nominating RFK Jr. to be his HHS secretary. The announcement has started to send shockwaves throughout the Pharma, Medical, Public Health, and the state regulatory industrial complex, and for good reason.

That’s particularly welcome news to me since I have spent the last five years fighting against the medical boards for this very thing, and the prior 35 years fighting for the rights of maverick doctors to provide unconventional treatments to patients. (See Galileo’s Lawyer https://a.co/d/9XMNY2p) It has been a tough slough, and that is one of the reasons that Bobby and I filed three federal lawsuits in the last two years against a big part of the medical mafia, that being the state medical boards.

That the federal government might jump into this fight is about as good as it gets. Especially since it appears that the list of parties to be investigated is going to be much bigger than our federal lawsuits. I know a thing or two about RICO against government and private parties (See Galileo’s Lawyer, chapters 2 and 6). I also have an inkling of what these entities have been up to. I believe the evidence that will be uncovered will infuriate many. I would expect there to be dramatic changes in the way they do business and influence the public health debate.

But alas, for the time being, I go back to paperwork, mostly Stockton v. Ferguson these days, and I’m expecting to get back to Kory v. Bonta after the 9th Circuit makes its decision. Per my previous post, we could have two cases pending at the Supreme Court, and possibly even around the time of RFK Jr.’s confirmation hearing time frame. Also, let me just hint that we may be opening up a new front in the Covid Misinformation wars. It will be very public, and you’ll likely see some of the luminaries gathering, and much media attention. More about that once it’s put together.

For health freedom warriors like you and me, it’s our turn. We will make the most of it. That’s a promise.
