Update: Preliminary Injunction Motion filed against the Cali. Medical Board!

Yesterday afternoon, I filed a Motion for a Preliminary Injunction to stop the Cali. Medical Board from continuing investigating physicians for spreading so-called “Covid Misinformation” to the public. The hearing on the motion will likely be at the end of September. I think there is an excellent chance the judge will grant the motion. As Expected, AB 2098 Moves on to the Senate Appropriations Committee

The hearing before the Senate professions committee (not its actual name) just ended. 8-4 (I assume on party lines) in favor of moving the bill. The bill goes next to the Senate appropriations committee. The bill will surely pass through that committee.
